Grace Fellowship is church plant support and development ministry under the direction of Rev. Brian Warner. Brian Warner has his undergraduate degree in Communications from Houghton College, where he also minored in Music. Brian received his theological education from Wheaton College Graduate School, in Wheaton, IL. He holds a MA in Biblical and Theological Studies. Pastor Brian is an ordained minister of the NAB Conference. The NAB Conference is comprised of almost 400 churches with 65,000 members in the US and Canada.
Brian has a heart for people, and is called to serve the Lord through church planting and chruch revitalization. He has helped several church plants get underway in the Rochester area. Brian currently pastor Fairport Community Baptist Church, and helps to lead Grace Fellowship as an outreach church planing mission.
Brian and his wife Susan live in Pittsford near Bushnell's Basin and have four children. Their oldest Stephanie (23) is married to Alex Linn and works in Washington D.C. Mark (21) is a senior at Grove City College in Pennsylvania where he majors in Economics and Christian Thought. Kelly (18) is a freshman at Messiah College majoring in English Education. Reed (13) lives at home and attends Pittsford-Mendon Schools.
Rev. Reid Ferguson and Rev. Gene Mullen are providing pastoral support and church planting advice for Brian Warner. Rev. Reid Ferguson is the pastor of Evangelical Church of Fairport. Reid is a gifted speaker and sought after for conferences. Pastor Reid hosts a popular Reformed web site on the internet called Responsive Reidiing. Reid is a well studied theologian and a constant source for inspirational and rich theological books. For many years, Reid served on the board of Sola de Gloria publishers. Reid Furgeson and his church family host the annual Rochester Theology Conference.
Rev. Gene Mullen also serves by providing pastoral support and counsel for Pastor Brian. Gene is a retired missionary with American Missionary Fellowship, and has extensive experience planting churches. Gene also is serving on the corporate board of Grace Bible Fellowship, inc. The corporate board of Grace Bible Fellowship meets the legal and financial needs of our young church, however this board also serves to help other area church plants. Gene's rich background in church planting will undoubtedly help Grace Fellowship and many other church plants in the region. Gene recieved his theological training from Reformed Episcopal Seminary. Gene has also served on the board of Sangre de Christo seminary near Colorado Springs, and served as a professor for the school. When Gene moved back from Colorado, he started Barnabas Ministries, which focuses primarily on jail ministry. He also runs InmateHelp.com which provides educational resources for inmates and prison ministers nationwide. Gene has served as chaplan for several correctional facilities. Gene and his wife Florence are retired and live in Victor, NY.
